If you want cheap this is the place to be, if you like a hard bed and love the cold in the winter, this hotel is for you. Oh and if you don't mind paying $10 to park in their parking lot too.

Positives: Walking distance from the casino.

Negatives: Everything else, bed was hard, heat malfunctioned, hallways smelled like hangover.

I liked the room as it was comfortable. The gym needs renovation as equipment is in horrible condition. The treadmill stops after 3 minutes and it needs to be turned on every 3 minutes. I asked the front desk and they mentioned that gym needs to be closed.

Positives: The room was comfortable to stay.

Negatives: Gym was in horrible condition, it needs a good treadmill.

Worth staying in when visiting Detroit or Windsor.

Liked it but did not like paying extra for parking in their lot of $10 per night. Hotel was listed with continental included. It did not. Liked the front desk person very much.

Positives: Comfortable bed.

Negatives: Old pipes toilet need plunged.

If you are looking for a convenient hotel to stay within walking distance of the casino and restaurants/bars, this hotel adequately fulfills those expectations.

Positives: The location and ease to walk to many things that I wanted to do.

Negatives: I cannot think of anything as the experience was very acceptable.

Worth the money. Would have been better with Wi-Fi as I had a netbook with no Ethernet port.

Positives: Staff were really helpful.

It is now a home for construction workers at the nearby casino and is beginning to show its age. Breakfast is completely during the week but not much there, just bagels and muffins and some cereal and some very thin coffee. No restaurant is on site, it closed years ago.

Positives: Best thing for us is the location near our son and the tunnel.

Negatives: Parking is charged and very tied, not much available.

The first time my parents stayed here the room smelled and was still dirty with trash leftover from a previous occupant. There was even a filthy baseball cap behind a chair - How can cleaning staff miss things like this?! The room was on the so called "corporate" floor but it was so tiny with the 2 queen sized beds. No room to turn around but since it was a one night stay it was ok. My parents needed to stay in town again and they thought for one more night they'd rebook with TL - What a mistake! Not only did they have to argue to get the same rate/deal as before (as promised!) but the staff was not pleasant in making sure they got the same deal. I got attitude and lip from more than one staff member behind the front desk when I asked for a parking pass. The guest of a guest should not have to pay to park on the lot IMO. The room was not up to par this time either: My mom found a ripped sheet in her bed and wondered why the inept maid even put the sheet on the bed in the first place. The maid made no attempt to change the sheets the next day and only grudgingly changed the ripped one after my Mom requested it, only made up one of the 2 beds in the room, didn't give new clean washclothes without being asked for some and only vacuumed a small portion of the rug. My mom had to chase her down the hall to get these other things done - things that SHOULD be automatic! The tv reception wasn't good either. Very liney and static-y. Oh, and there was trash on the floor in the hallway and in both elevators AND there was no soap dish by the bathroom sink leaving one to place wet slimey soap on the counter. Pathetic! One more thing: my parents attempted to get their continental breakfast and went down hours b4 the meal was supposed to be finished and they found barely any food and no milk available. Guess there's no extra staff to ensure a promised breakfast is ready and available.

We reserved the hotel at 1pm. We were there at 1:15pm and the reservation was there. The check in time was 3pm, but we were in at 1:30pm.

Positives: Staff is friendly.

Negatives: Parking-very small and $7.5 a day.

The staff was not very friendly or concerned about m asking sure we were pleased. They also charged $15 for parking in their lot but were unable to guarantee a spot - first come first park basis. I was disappointed with this specific Hotel.

Check in was smooth, but not the river view we would have liked. After unpacking we found a bad smell in the bathroom and were changed to a Riverview room. Breakfast is for 7 am posted, but when we came early the second day it was ready and appreciated. Parking is a problem even with the charge.

Positives: The location along the river and Downtown is good.

Negatives: Charge for parking and then not enough spaces; have to wait for someone to leave.

Price was good but horrible parking, beside a bar, a lot of noise in the middle of the night, lobby was really dirty when you walked in, I would spend 20$ more and go to the Holiday Inn selects, where there is no parking fee.

I'd like to go back anytime I'm in Windsor and I believe that if I would rent a car for driving parking is free and readily available!

Positives: The view of the river side park across the street was breathtaking!

This hotel would be great if you are looking to stay in downtown Windsor within close proximity to the casino. However, it is not the cleanest hotel and you are charged $10/night for parking. A good place to stay if you are looking for a cheap hotel close to downtown stores and restaurants and are not planning on spending too much time in it!

Positives: The view of downtown Detroit was beautiful.

Negatives: Our first room had a bathroom leak, the next room was freezing!
