The Nova Scotia Highland Village is a non-profit Society with the mission: to protect, interpret and further the collection of buildings and artifacts at the Nova Scotia Highland Village site in Iona; and to preserve and promote the Scottish Highland and Island culture as found in Nova Scotia. It is without doubt that the Highland Village would not be where it is today without the dedication, stubbornness, and dedication of the many volunteers and members of the Society.
