Mizu Japanese Restaurant ( Dining / Japanese ). Located at 2684 Pandosy Street, Kelowna. Formerly known as Mini O-Zeki, Mizu Japanese Restaurant was started in 2000 as an expansion to the O-Zeki chain. O-Zeki in itself has been growing with the city of Kelowna for over 25 years, established in 1993 and claims the title of being the oldest standing Japanese restaurant in the city of Kelowna.
