A very nice place. It's located right at the cafés and Old Quebec gates. Clean and comfortable.
Positives: Location is perfect. Service is great. Bed was terrific.
Negatives: Restaurant decor is old.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff where great. The room we had was a funny shape due to being next to the elevator, but my wife and I found it comfortable and the elevator did not make enough noise to disturb us. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but some landscaping should be done. The restaurant OK, but for and upscale restaurant I found the food and decor a little drab.
Positives: Great location, very friendly, great view of the old city and river.
Negatives: Fee for Internet in room, landscaping around pool needs to be done, no information provided about events and festival occurring around to hotel.

We stayed on a very hot day. The AC in the room was not working, spoke to the desk and it was fixed in minutes! Excellent service. Would stay there again anytime. Good value for the money.

Very convenient location - close to restaurants, bars/clubs and within walking distance of most sights. Great hotel if you are willing to put up with rude staff. Definitely would not go back here.

Great location and great view. However, in our room, the bed was too small for this category of hotel.

We had to make a complain with the manager because they didn't gave us a clean room at our arrival. They clean the room after but this doesn't happened in a quality hotel, the lobby is not attractive, is very cold.
Positives: Location and view.
Negatives: It was not clean, we found hear in the duvet and towels we make a very strong complain with the manager.

One of the top 5 hotels to stay at in Quebec City. From the underground parking to the rooftop revolving restaurant every detail is carefully controlled while keeping an upscale casual atmosphere. The rooms offer astounding views of Fort Frontenac, the Saint Laurence seaway and the city.
Positives: Beautiful hotel, revolving restaurant, great city view.
Negatives: The cushions on the two room chairs were worn pale.., The music from the neighboring pub kept us awake until 4am.

I was leery about going to this hotel after reading some of the reviews. Upon arriving the experience was excellent, if and when I go back to Quebec , I will stay at Lowes again without hesitation.
Positives: Room , Staff and hotel were excellent , couldn't ask for much better

Everything you would expect from a 4 star property, including a 4 star restaurant experience in the revolving restaurant on top of the hotel. Beds were incredibly lush, staff was friendly and helpful, view from our room was sweeping.
Positives: Location on Grand Allee, view from restaurant and room.
Negatives: Parking underground was tight and expensive.

Positives: The staff was helpful and nice.
Negatives: Front desk only recommended the pricey restaurant in the hotel. Most hotels have a printed list of local recommendations in all prices.
