The staff are wonderfull. However the main issue with is property is it's really run down. It's is in dire need of some TLC. The room had bare wires from the ceiling, the carpets threadbare and cracked windows in the front door. The comfort was ok. The room and bathroom were passable. The main benifit is it's the closest accommodation to the park. At the end of the day if it wasn't cheap I probably would have given it a worse rating.

Positives: Cheap, close to park.

Negatives: Really run down.
