Negatives: You were only allowed to have 4 people to a camper well there was 5 of us so they wanted to charge extra for my other child.I did not like how the management treated the staff. They hollered at them in front of everyone and that was degrading. I had problems with other staff because they have my children a hard time. There is not much for them to do but swim. They charge you for extra vehicle and if you have friends it seventeen dollars for two people to come visit. Then on top of that u pay to a certain date they call u a week before its due looking for the money.Thats pathetic.
You can't have any tents on the lot as well with a camper. They don't take responsibilities for their actions they blame it on the young ones working. They should have named it Nickle and dime because that's what they do to you. When I did laundry because of the kids I have the owners wife told me not to do so much. The way I see it if I'm paying I should be able to do as many as I want I'm paying. They were just plain rude
Comments: I really enjoyed some of the staff I'd like to thank Vanessa miller, Chelsea Smith, Elise Huet, Keaten, Corey They treated my kids great and they were very polite to me as well. They were great kids and they should be praised for the awesome jobs they have done. They are very hard workers and my family and I will miss them

Comments: Over priced. If you have more then 2 children you have to pay extra per child per night. Sites are small. Not much to do for the kids. We hade to pay for your extra vehicle and then got told we had to move the car to visitors. Only one car per site. Your last day we could use the washrooms because they had over flood and no one came to see why. Lastly we haven't even left our campsite and someone was there wanting us to move so they could have it mean while it wasn't time for us to leave and there were plenty of empty sites they could have given them.

Negatives: we stayed here for a month, that was all we could take. My husband was working in the area and when I called to book the site everything was peachy however upon arrival we were told that there was only a 1 vehicle policy and there would be an extra charge for second vehicle 7$ per night +tax and you have to park it at the top of the hill we were located at the bottom, however there is a parking lot at the bottom but if you wish to park there its 300$+tx for the whole season, really?? After checking in as a family of four I had to leave as my kids were still in school so off I go home, upon arriving the following weekend I had to go in the office to get the lady to open the gate to let me in to my surprise she wanted to charge for myself and my two children to stay the weekend "I think not" after arguing for 20min I finally got through to her that I wasnt going to pay to stay at my own trailer she then tells me I by no means enter the park with my vehicle as one is already registered to the site I have a german shepherd, 2 cranky kids and a car load of stuff and just drove 3hrs so more arguing was had before she decided to let me go unload my car at the trailer but with an escort just to be sure that I didnt pull a fast one on her I had to endure this every single weekend by the way. Our rent was due each saturday and starting on Wednesday of each week we would have yellow sticky notes on our door telling us we need to pay, by the next day my husband started receiving phone calls by management demanding payment they even had the audacity to call his employer as well. Aside from the management there were also problems with people speeding through the park like they were on the autobahn and when you complain they wrecked your stuff I found my satellite dish on the ground which was mounted on a tripod and nailed in the ground with 6 inch nails dont recall a hurricane the night before. there is also no sewer so you have to pay to get your tank pumped out not a problem til the kid that does it forgets to shut the valve on the trailer before disconnecting the pump so raw sewage doesnt spill under your trailer and also if they dont break your tank while pumping and then try to tell you its your fault and charge you to fix it, this happened to a few people in the park. All in all this park should be the very last place anyone should stay unless you have an unlimited income and dont mind paying and then paying some more they even charge to attend their so called dances and forget it if you have more than 2 children! Never in my life have I seen such a s*@t show Ruby should just call it a carnival at least that would explain the money grab!
Comments: Mo money mo money mo money! The worst camping experience I have ever had!
