Haines Junction is a village in the Yukon. It is located at Kilometre 1,632 of the Alaska Highway at its junction with the Haines Highway, hence the name of the community. It is next to Kluane National Park and Reserve. It is a major administrative centre for the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations.

I had a great opportunity to stay 10 days at Otter Falls Cutoff in the motel at Otter Falls Cutoff (Beechers). It was a great experience to say the least. Their knowledge of the area, fishing and hunting was exceptional. I would certainly encourage anyone who has an opportunity to visit this .....
