South Port Golf Course
Located at 5374 Bruce Road. Established in 1965, the South Port Golf Course is a scenic 9-hole layout that sprawls over 100 acres, minutes away from the beaches of Port Elgin and Southampton. Water hazards and neighbouring wetland areas are commonplace and come into play on five different occasions.
Port Elgin Centennial Pool
Located at 780 Gustavus Street SS 4. If you enjoy swimming, check out the Centennial Pool (located at the east end of the High School, Saugeen District Secondary School, on Gustavus Street in Port Elgin). Centennial Pool serves as the location for many of the aquatic activities in Saugeen Shores. This year round, indoor, 6 lane municipal facility offers public swimming, lessons, aquatics, swim team and pre-teen swim parties. The beaches in Southampton, Port Elgin and Saugeen Township offer wonderful swimming opportunities.
