Domino's Pizza ( Dining / Pizza ). Located at 1241 Weber East, Kitchener. Domino's Pizza of Waterloo has been locally owned and operated since 1984, with it`s first store opening September 3, 1984, in the Westmount Plaza.

Red House ( Dining / Other ). Located at 30 William St West, Waterloo. Red House is a Bistro-style restaurant in Uptown Waterloo. It is Chef Dan McCowan's first independent restaurant venture. Chef Dan has worked the majority of his career in Waterloo Region, though he has spent plenty of time overseas gaining new inspiration. He was awarded the designation of Top 30 Under 30 by OHI in 2010, as well as most recently voted the Diamond Award for the Record Reader's Choice for "Favourite Local Chef" for 2014. Chef McCowan offers a variety of menu offerings inspired by global cuisine. The focus is to offer fresh, ingredient-driven cuisine that has no boundaries. The signature dish here is Chef Dan's curry bowl, that changes daily, and can range from Thai, to Caribbean, to Indian in style, and carry a variety of different global ingredients. Our signature dish aside, the menu ranges from a South-African play on Caesar salad & American comfort food, to roasted bone marrow & a house-made charcuterie program. All presented with our own interpretation & creative twist. The food simply must be freshly made in house using the best quality ingredients, be approachable and recognizable to our guests, while still being exciting and inventive! Our service team, headed by Sommelier Rebecca Pettigrew offer professional, knowledgeable, and non-pretentious service style. Passionate knowledge of our food & beverage programs are relayed to our guests with confidence to make them feel comfortable asking questions and venturing out of their comfort level to try new things. Rebecca's wine list is carefully selected to highlight wines not readily available via the local LCBO with the intention to offer something our guests may have never tried before. We also have a great selection of craft beer, and a mixology program using the freshest seasonal ingredients and craft liquors. No pre-mix, or store-bought syrups used at all! Red House is in an old house Uptown Waterloo that has been converted into a restaurant which gives it a unique feel. There are 40 seats inside, and a 20-seat seasonal patio out front. It opened it's doors in April 2013 and has already earned several local awards such as Best new business, and Platinum award for best fine dining. We serve lunch and dinner Tuesday to Friday, dinner Saturday as well as a la carte brunch Saturday morning. redhouseuptown.ca Link
