Martin's River is a community in Nova Scotia, located in the Lunenburg Municipal District in Lunenburg County. It takes its name from the river which flows through the community. A section of the Trans Canada Trail passes through the community on the former alignment of the Halifax and Southwestern Railway. Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic

Chester Playhouse

Located at 22 Pleasant Street. The village of Chester is a seaside resort with a small year round population that more than doubles in July and August. The Chester Playhouse, on the main street, was originally a movie theatre built in 1938 and converted for live entertainment in 1963 when the Chester Jesters presented the first summer productions on stage.
