50% deposit required for June/July/August. (payable to Ann Vincent)
Former R.C. Convent with ten bedrooms. Family live in.
10 minute walk to Ocean or Bay St. George.
Route 461 5-10 minutes from TCH, 1.5-2 hours from Port
aux Basque, 1 hour from Corner Brook, 2.5 hours from Gros Morne,
7 hours from St. Anthony to see Whales & Icebergs.
Balcony assessable from second floor, living room with fire place,
Museum of Sandy Point and area.
Our bedrooms are 13.5 feet by 9.9 feet. We will e-mail pictorial
tour of building.
Virtually no humidity in summer.
Complete fire alarm system by Edwards.
