Redcliff is a town enclaved within Cypress County, southern Alberta immediately northwest of Medicine Hat . The town stands on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River and is bisected by Highway 1 . Relative to the surrounding landscape the Town is sited at a high elevation. Stunning views of the South Saskatchewan River valley, the City of Medicine Hat, and the Cypress Hills are available in many parts of the Town. The high cliffs that the Town is sited on resemble badland landforms with significant erosion. Places to eat in the region include Broadway Garden Restaurant, Robyn's Classics Homemade Burgers Fries & Shakes, Chop Suey House, and Trukker's Restaurant.

Located at 659 2 Street Se. Inspire Studio & Gallery is a place to be inspired! Located on the second floor of an old character building in downtown Medicine Hat, this unique studio & gallery opened July 2, 2008.
Historic Clay District
Located at 713 Medalta Avenue Se. Set against the dramatic cliffs of the South Saskatchewan River in Medicine Hat, Alberta, the 150 acre Historic Clay District was once home to some of Canada's most important clay factories, including Medalta Potteries, Hycroft China, National Porcelain and Alberta Clay Products. Today, this history is being preserved with the unique Medalta Potteries site providing the setting for a living, working museum.
