The first room that we were given had ants all over the bathroom vanity, as if someone had just cleaned the room poorly and missed the fact they were there. We went back down to the front desk and the night associate gave us free wristbands for the following night and said the manager would cut us some sort of discount. He gave us the phone number to contact the manager on the following Monday. When my boyfriend called, the manager said all he could do for us was discount our room next time we came to stay.

Positives: Continental breakfast, close and free parking, close to the strip.

Negatives: Ants in our room. College lifestyle on our entire floor.

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. My guess is that the beds had not been changed and they had not vaccumed or cleaned the room in months!

Positives: The location.

Negatives: Walls, carpet, matresses, lamps and dressers were all very dirty and full of long black hair. Disgusting!

Excellent place to stay if you're young and looking to bar hop all night. If you're looking for a nice hotel to really stay in and use the room, this is probably not it.

Positives: It was really close to the night life.

Negatives: Our room was really cold, and the heater never really kicked in.

It was good for the reason we were there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast could have been better.

Positives: Very convenient location for the clubs we wanted to go to and the hotel shuttle was great.

Negatives: The continental breakfast was not good at all very limited.

The room was spacious and the location was fairly centralized. The staff was not the most friendly, but the housekeepers were very nice and accommodating. The road outside the room was full of pot holes so we would occasionally be woken up in the middle of the night when large trucks would drive by and make a rucus.

Positives: Close to good ethnic food.

Negatives: The staff was not very friendly.

I would like to say that my experience at this hotel was not as expected. There were a lot of things wrong with the room maintenance wise. Anyways, the only good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the Downtown District and I was able to walk to every where I wanted to go.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Chirping fire alarm, clogged sink, burnt out light, falling of drywall in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a good location close to the casino, restaurants, and bars. It had free parking, which is nice in a city. There was only one entrance or exit though. You had to take the elevator because the stairs were for emergency exit only, which was kind of annoying. I can't imagine how busy the two or three elevators would be if the hotel was even half full.

Positives: Good location and decent price for in a city.

Negatives: It only had one entrance and you couldn't use the stairs.

Nice if you are young and trying to find a cheap hotel.

Rooms are just fine and location great. Rooms are typical and clean. However, the hotel appears very tired and in need of a major facelift.

Positives: Convenient - is downtown.

Negatives: Lobby and hallways looking very tired.

Our room was very clean. The staff was all very friendly and approachable. Only negative was the odor, but our room was not affected. Continental breakfast was adequate but could have been improved by some sort of fruit.

Positives: Parking very adequate as we were pulling a fishing boat.

Negatives: The smell in the hall ways was very bad. A mold-like odor.

I'd recommend this hotel as it is inexpensive and close to everything downtown. The best part is the rooms as they are clean and comfortable.

Positives: Front desk was helpful and room very clean.

Negatives: Outside looked "tired".

It was close to the rail station in Windsor, but overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

Positives: Close to the train station.

This is a good hotel for a short stay and visit of the city. It suited me and my travel mates fine. It's good for just a place to sleep. The breakfast was disappointing as they did not refill anything once it ran out and it was basically bagels, toast and cereal with some coffee and juice. The dial up internet is not good. If you want to do anything fast on the internet and the cable had really bad reception. The bathroom was odd that the mirror and sink were in the room and the toilet and shower were in the concealed room. The room was a bit dingy and outdated like mid 90s. It was good for what it was.

Positives: I liked that it was a convenient and cheap place to stay, had some good people watching of all the teens from America coming to drink.

Negatives: The free breakfast was terrible, they did not refill anything and there was just bread and cereal. Also they only had dial up internet & bad cable.

It was a nice area and hotel, however, the construction was incontinent and rude. They started working on the room next to us at 7:00 am! I do not understand why our room was placed there when there were two other floors and the hotel was barley occupied. It was inconsiderate. Also, our water being turned off was ridiculous! There is no reason for that.

Positives: For the most part, the staff was friendly. The hotel was also located in walking distance of all the Windsor attractions.

Negatives: There was noisy construction going on in the room right next to us and all of the rooms were not booked. They also turned our water off for 30minutes.
