Hotel was OK. Nothing special. Too loud for a young family.

Positives: Price. Restaurant was a good spot for breakfast (our only experience).

This hotel is located in the downtown area and no parking but every where in the walking distance so no problem finding a variety of restaurant and anything one is looking for.

Positives: The cleanliness, specious and convenient was so much in our advantage.

Negatives: I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have free parking space.

I love suite room with good location. It's clean and have big space. The price is very good for such big suite.

Negatives: No swimming pool/GYM. They have free pass to YMCA, but due to holiday, YMCA is close.

Outdated hotel in a poor part of town. The room appeared clean and as did the bathroom.

Although some time age now, what a great time my wife and I had when in Windsor. The suite was #1, everything you needed and more, food good, staff good, atmosphere good, bar great. One big downside we went to Detroit, never again. We will be visiting the Hotel in 2010 hopefully.

Stayed there for two nights, nice suite with decent size room with kitchen bath and living room. Room service decided to enter room when there was a sign that said do not enter.

Positives: Clean, decent size suites.

Negatives: Pricey for a 2.5 star hotel, parking not convenient.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is convenient to downtown and shopping. It was clean, comfortable and well managed. The breakfast was great with many choices.

Positives: The suite was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Negatives: Did not like the parking arrangements.

Other then one of the bed's box springs were broke (which housekeeping had to have noticed when the bed was made up), the hotel was great. The location was wonderful. I liked the suite idea. So that when I was unable to sleep I had a room to go to while my friend snored away!

The hotel was very close to the Casino for those interested. It was only a short walk to the waterfront and the weather was great. There are some excellent restaurants within a 2 block radius and LCBO right by the hotel if people are interested.

Positives: The 2 room suites were handy, especially when we gathered with our extended family before dinner.

Negatives: Restaurant is only open for breakfast, which was okay as it was included, however previously there was a nice restaurant/bar on site.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her 19th birthday. It was a blast. The suite that we stayed in was great, it had a pull out couch, living room, dining room table, private bedroom with french doors and king size bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for any couple or group of friends that want to relax in Windsor and see the sights. A+ in my book!

This hotel is just perfect for people traveling with children. The separate bedroom allowed us to put our older child to bed while we stayed up with the younger one. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the waterfront, which was great. If you are not going in and out too much with your car, park at the lot across from the hotel.

Positives: This is a great suite for a family with kids because of the separate room, sink and mini-fridge.

Negatives: Nothing.

They should not be charging for parking-10.00 for an offsite location. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

$10 parking, charged by every hotel downtown Windsor, was only 100 feet away. The free hot breakfast was fantastic. This hotel was money, I would love to stay there.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and offered a nice view. A full complimentary breakfast was included as well.

Positives: The location - close to restaurants - was excellent and the suite was spacious and comfy.

Decent location, we went for the nightlife, but it is right on the edge of the dumpy part of town. I would not feel safe alone. Accommodating, big room, which was nice because we were staying for more than one night. Parking was reasonably priced.

Positives: Having a suite with a "living room" was great.

Negatives: Toilet seat bolt covers were missing. It was gross looking.

I thought the hotel rooms were excellent and the location was good if you are traveling over to Detroit. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately no pool or sauna in the hotel.

It was a nice room and had good staff but the partying in the halls both nights we were there was a bit excessive and people were knocking on the doors and asking for beer at 3 in the morning.

Positives: It was a good price and the rooms were very big.

Finally, I feel as though I was robbed on this trip. I booked a room for 2 people, brought sleeping bags for an additional 2 people realizing that I might get only one bed. When I told the hotel that I had 4 people in my room, they charged me an additional. This raised the price of the room by 50%!

Negatives: Additional fees for everything including parking, additional people in room, etc.

It was a really nice hotel to stay at, I like the room setting, and this is what I would like to have next time I'm out of town.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Close to downtown with free shuttle service to casino and other hotels. The suite was very nice and well lay out. I would recommend it highly to friends.

I would not give it a recommendation; they need to update the room furniture. The hallways have old carpeting along with the room carpeting. It is a nice hotel it just needs updating.

Positives: The rooms were nice in size, and the location and view were great.

Negatives: The room furniture looked old and dated, and there was nowhere to park the car without paying big money.
