Hotel was clean, but the vending machines were out of order.

Overall it was an average place, but we found the blood after staying all night on the blanket and mattress.

Negatives: Blanket, mattress and wall had blood on them.

The staff were amazing. It was nice to have housekeeping. The original room that we were in had a plugged toilet that I think they already knew about but they did change us rooms very quickly but we were settled in and a plunger would have fixed the problem. They didn't have one. Overall our stay was great. We will continue to stay with the Ramada chain but maybe get a convenient location next time. Maybe downtown area. The hotel was great and it did not cost us much.

Positives: The staff was amazing, housekeeping was helpful, they moved us to another room quickly.

Negatives: Our toilet overflowed they did not have a plunger they should have.

This hotel was great for the price I paid. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast tasty, rooms clean, etc. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay. The only issue I had was that it was a bit of a drive from the "main drag" in downtown Windsor. However, the hotel was located in close proximity to restaurants (Applebee's, Tim Horton's, etc.) and gas stations, all necessary for travelers.
