Price was good. Location to downtown was poor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very small and the carpet should have been cleaned or replaced...very bad. Bathroom although very small was recently renovated and very nice.
Positives: Price was good.
Negatives: Room was dirty . Carpet was was very dirty and needed cleaning badly or replaced.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with our 'suite' ... loved the remodeling and the linens were wonderful. It was a clean,. friendly , VERY comfortable environment in a great pocket in the city. A " best kept secret" at this point ! LOVED it !!
Positives: Great room - clean and comfortable - loved the bed and the remodeling ! Beautiful.
Negatives: The area at night. Not a problem for us, but would bother a woman on her own !

Looked nice and had everything I needed.
Positives: Comfy beds, and good location.
Negatives: At night there are a lot of hookers around and creepy men but I didn't feel unsafe.

For the price I paid of 60 dollars, this was an excellent stay downtown Toronto. The staff was friendly and we were only a few blocks from the transit system. The room was large and comfortable enough for 4 adults. Would stay again!
Positives: The hotel was across the street from park and in a great location downtown. Fairly close to transit.
Negatives: The hallways and hotel room had a horrible smell. And beds could be updated.

This hotel was easy to find. Though it's on a busy street, my fifth floor room was quiet. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Positives: My room was very spacious.
Negatives: Front desk staff was polite and helpful, but not particularly welcoming or friendly.

Very disappointed with the hotel.The carpets need to be cleaned, very uncomfortable to remove my shoes and walk in the room. Staff not available to check you in, required the front desk to be called and initiate a ring to bring a staff to the desk to check us in. Would not recommend this hotel for conference goers.

Negatives: Dirtiness of room, staff not at front desk to assist with check in.

This hotel had large room and large windows, the bed was very comfortable. Felt great in the room.

The room was nice but the bathroom was old. The front desk people were nice also. It was quite a walk to the CN Tower but the Eaton Center and Yonge street weren't so far.
Positives: I liked the friendly people at the front desk.
Negatives: The bathroom was old and run down. The sauna and steam rooms.

This hotel is going through a transitional phase at the moment. (August 2007), but it was a better experience all round than the downtown Hilton. It seems geared to business people but it served our need very well for a one-night stay.
Positives: The large bedroom, with duvets on the beds.
Negatives: The lack of welcome when we arrived at midnight from the railway station.

I was really depressed when I got this hotel. Not at all close to the pictures showed on Internet It was not at all worth the price I paid. Will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it to some one else.

<br><br><br><br>The Ramada had everything going for it and had the best guest rating. When we arrived at the hotel we were not let down. There was free wireless Internet, a business center to print at (and fax too), a pool, hot-tub, sauna, fitness center, restaurant, and our suite was great.... If we stayed at a hotel like this in New York we would pay at least $100 more per night.<br><br><br><br>My only complaint was that the bath towels and pool towels weren't very large. The pool towels were absolutely tiny. When I asked why they said it's the number one thing stolen from hotels. Hint: Get 2 pool towels per person.<br><br>
