It was a good price for the amenities and location. The accommodations were decent, yet things were a little out of date and there looked like there were some maintenance issues. The staff were helpful, but not friendly.

Positives: Within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions.

Negatives: A little run down and dated.

The rooms are spacious but needs more update in its decoration in the rooms.

Not a bad location, if you want to see the sights, maybe get something a little closer. No shuttle, although advertised "free Shuttle" to Casinos-need to purchase a $45 food voucher to be eligible for "free" shuttle. No "free" breakfast either, just a $5 off(between 7am-9am)coupon for Golden Griddle next door. Very disappointed, as I booked the room under pretense of a buffet breakfast. Moderately priced, hard beds. Good for a one nighter, or business, otherwise spend the extra $20 and stay at a NICE hotel closer to downtown where they ACTUALLY give you breakfast.

Positives: Nice interior.

Negatives: False advertisement, says "Buffet breakfast" but really just a $5 off coupon to Golden Griddle. :(

Too old and not clean. Not comparatively convenient location. Said free breakfast, but in fact, they only offer $5 off coupon. In their restaurant, the cheapest choice is pancake at $3.95, and one cup of milk at $2.00. You have to pay something. At this price, you definitely have better choice. Not recommended.

Positives: Big family suite with three beds.

Negatives: Old, smell, dysfunctional electronics, dirty.

Dirty room, bad location near abandon buildings far from the falls. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.

Positives: 2 Queen-sized beds as requested.

Negatives: The room was not clean and the hotel is in a bad location.

Good bang for your buck. Wish it was on the strip but you save some money because of location. Still a decent place.

Positives: Free parking, better than I thought. Joint rooms.

Wasn't as short of a walk to attractions as I thought it would be but it was do-able. Very clean, comfy and roomy. Front desk was very helpful in locating things that I wanted to do. Word to the wise, don't play air hockey with a pro. Game room was minimal but didn't spend much time there anyways.

Positives: Clean.

Negatives: Super start breakfast was just coffee and o.j.

This hotel was like no other super 8, I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner was quiet!

Positives: Absolutely loved the Jacuzzi. Hit all the sore spots after hours of walking.

Negatives: Wished it was a little closer to the falls or provided a shuttle.

Hotel was clean and located in mediocre area. It was located close to Clifton Hills -- A little too far from where our kids stayed.

Positives: Our room was easy to get to & it had a pool & hot tub.

Negatives: Would have been nice to have something besides breakfast bars in the am.
