Clean and comfortable rooms which would be ideal for for people who want quick access to the airport. Lobby, coffee shop and restaurant are very good.

It was just fine besides the paying for parking part - especially considering the ample parking spots they have. Makes it a bit of a tourist trap. Besides that, it was clean, comfortable, breakfast was quite good for a moderate price, bed was comfortable, room was nice, staff was helpful.
Positives: Clean, comfprtable, staff offered me a good value upgrade..
Negatives: I consider paying for parking in Mississauga to be absurd!

Good for business traveler, not family friendly.

This was a decent hotel. But, the internet was extra in the room, worse yet was the charge to check email in the business center. I was told $1.99 for 5 minutes. The computer froze and they had to move me to another computer. Total cost to check 4 messages was almost $5.00. The food was outrageously expensive. The 1st night we ate in the hotel restaurant. One 8 piece pizza (no toppings), 2 sandwiches, 3 iced teas and 1 beer cost $75.00 with tax and tip. Local calls cost extra. Parking is extra. The hotel, pool and fitness facility were decent (although the beds were small) and the housekeeping was excellent, but I would never stay here again. Too many extra charges, especially if you are from out of the country and unable to use your phone or data plans.
Positives: Nice fitness facility.
Negatives: Very expensive extras.

The location is very noisy with traffic all night long from a nearby busy street. The hotel charges extra, at exorbitant rates, for high speed internet and parking. Next time I will return to my usual hotel which has free parking and internet.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay when I found out that I had to pay for internet and parking at this hotel. Most of the staff at the front desk were very disconnected and dry with no smiles. The hotel housekeeping was friendly too. I would not ever stay or recommend that hotel or any Delta hotel to anyone.

Like most hotels above the one-star level, this hotel has a lovely lobby, and maybe some of the rooms are good, too, but the room we had was tiny, noisy, and uncomfortable. At checkout, there was a reference made to the floor that hadn't been remodeled yet, and maybe that explains what we had. In short, this was hardly the three-star experience. We could have done as well at a one-star. High quality and generous accommodations make a much more satisfying experience. A room with a king bed and plenty of space to walk around it are much more than this hotel offered.

Negatives: Fee for parking, very small room, no king bed.

The room was well-appointed, I especially love their bed. The staff is extraordinarily professional and friendly. Shuttle runs at least every 30 minutes, which was ideal for all travelers.

The hotel is somewhat difficult to access because of current road construction. It is located near the airport, so there is airport noise. You are charged 14 dollars a day to park there. You are charged another 11 dollars per day for internet use.
Positives: The room was clean and reasonably pleasant.
Negatives: They charged almost 14 dollars a day to park your car and another 11 dollars a day for internet use.
