It was a pleasant hotel in a convenient location, but it had a lot of flies in the lobby and in the restaurant.

Positives: It was a convenient location to meet my fellow travelers and it had a bar area that we were able to get together at.

Negatives: My fellow travelers got better deals that included breakfast plus other bonuses and the restaurant was closed-9:30 pm-when I arrived so I was hungry.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, family-friendly and affordable. The management and staff was exceptional.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the upscale atmosphere of this Holiday Inn. Its close proximity to our dive site on the Niagara River (an annual event) will make it annual stop for us; perhaps we'll even extend our weekend getaway!

Positives: Classy, up-scale, for a Holiday Inn.

Negatives: Size of the in-door swimming pool.

No microwave or refrigerator. It is not family friendly, but the friendliness of the staff made up the difference. We were attending a family reunion and the above did not affect us but proved a disappointment to several family members.

Positives: Extra friendly staff throughout.

Negatives: This hotel did not provide microwave or mini refrigerator. No free meals for children.

Very clean, courteous staff, very good restaurant. No complaints other than any smoking area.

Positives: Everything you need is there or nearby.

Negatives: No smoking rooms in this district.
