Hotel Paulin Restaurant ( Dining / Fine ). Located at 143 Boulevard St-Pierre West, Caraquet. The Hotel Paulin dining room has been in operation since its construction in 1891 making it one of the oldest and most established restaurants in northern New Brunswick.
