Not a bad place to stay, good convenience store on site, not much for restaurant/bar though. Rooms were ok.

Positives: Good parking.

Negatives: Noisy AC, restaurant does not serve breakfast after 10.

It was basic and we got what we paid for. We would have rather know how many miles it was from Downtown.

Positives: It was basic and the price was right.

Negatives: We were misled on how close the hotel was to the city.

We would stay here again. Enjoyed the perks this hotel provides. Staff was friendly and helpful. A very nicely appointed restaurant. Excellent spa.

Positives: No disappointments here. Staffs are very helpful. Pleasant surroundings. Great spa. Good parking.

Negatives: Difficult to take a C train downtown (to Stampede).

Expecting a Days Inn type hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to stay in this more upscale airport hotel. The room was clean and serviceable, just a bit tight with 2 kids in the pull-out bed. Nice staff, wired Internet, and the restaurant had a nice salad bar.

Positives: Very convenient to airport; surprisingly good salad bar.

Negatives: Space tight for family with 2 kids in pull-out bed.

Convenient location between downtown and airport, comfortable restaurant and evening bar. However, a bartender was poorly trained, one bus driver was 30 min. Late to pick me up at airport and a receptionist was rude when she messed up my bus reservation.

Positives: Good restaurants.

Negatives: Clerks not professional, from shuttle bus driver to receptionist.

Excellent corporate hotel in a great location. This property has a lot of extras. Being able to pick-up my rental car from the lobby and complimentary airport shuttle is excellent. I have never stayed there without booking a massage in the Massage studio.

Positives: Nice warm feel to lobby and guestrooms. Good size rooms, very well set-up for business traveler.

Negatives: Menu in restaurant was limited, I believe they have a new restaurant being launched.
