Positives: Nice view of lake.
Negatives: Cabin #2 - Lakefront, extremely musty mildew smell. Carpets looked to be 20 to 30 years old, smelly & stained. Ceiling tiles stained from water leaks throughout. Gun tape used to cover cracks in the floor where foundation is sinking. Gun tape where ceiling and wall joins in back bedroom. Large plank of wood protruding from box spring in back bed. room. It rained the last night we were there and water leaked on the bed. Bathroom shower floor sinking in and walls warped. Kitchen utensils minimal, fridge looked and smelled like it came from the junk yard. Very disgusting for amount Berezan Group is charging to stay there $225.00 per night. Akin to highway robbery! False advertising to say the least. There is no 500 ft. of beach it is mostly rocks.
Comments: Worst place we have ever stayed.
