Positives: Staff worked hard to please.
Negatives: Was not able to get a two bed room.
Comments: I was initially disappointed that we were automatically booked for a single bed when we really needed a double. We were not able to switch rooms but the Gal told us we could get a port-a-crib which met our needs. Port-a-crib was not to be found in housekeeping so they brought up an extra cot at no charge. Our room was extremely spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Very cozy and comfy beds with lots of pillows and those nice fluffy comforters. This hotel should have more stars, I think we got much more than we paid for.

Positives: Fridge in room.
Negatives: Extremely noisy and parking lot unsafe - noisy nightclub next door.
Comments: I did not feel safe in the parking lot - warnings about not leaving stuff in car due to break-ins. Extremely noisy location - next to popular nightclub. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Positives: House Keeping staff was excellent.
Negatives: It never got dark and the curtains let in a little light. It was tolerable though.
Comments: Hotel was up to par for a Best Western. Room was very clean and a decent size. The bath was very clean and the towels and linens were fresh. There was a good selection of TV channels. House keeping staff was excellent. My daughter left behind an item and house keeping staff made certain that is was returned in the mail. House keeping staff was very helpful and instrumental in the return of the item. She went way beyond her job to return the item. My thanks to all the staff for the return of the item. Today a little Girl is very happy due to their efforts.
