Positives: Very spacious camp site.
Usually quiet until night falls.
Nice treed in area.
Negatives: Pool could be bigger to accomidate the amount of people there. Also no pool attention, many of the older campers were hesitate to get in due to kids diving and fliping in pool, which is clearly noted as not to do.
Office is very limited to supplies which I deem camping related.
You need to pay for every service, including a shower which many or most places I have camped include.
The main thing that turned me off from this location was the staff. On our last night there we were approached by a staff member in a VERY unprofessional way in regards to a fire. I explained to him that I had pleny of water on hand in case it got larger. I won't repeat what he said befor he sped off his truck only to arrive with a second man and a bucket of water to put out our evening fire. So that eneded me and my wifes quiet relaxing last night while the boys were sleeping. Then a few more comments were said which I will not repeat from them before they left.
So in general, very unprofessional, ignorant, loud and another camper beside us who came in that day, pulled out that night for the same reason. I will not be returning to this camp ground again. Which is a shame , because it was a well run and very nice area to go. After we explained this night to many friends, thay also noted a difference this year and also will not go back there anynore.
Comments: My wife and 2 boys went camping here on the 9th, 10, and 11th of 1012. We like tents so we took a site back in the woods for a tent.Quite spacious and woods which we like. I camped here a couple of time in the last few years with no complaits, but this was very different.
