Positives: Pet friendly
Negatives: Disrespectful owners to guest. Old bed sheets, annoying kids, bad breakfast.
Comments: We regret staying there. 2 noisy boys related to owners were making lots of noise right above us from 6 am. It was very annoying. Poor service when we went for breakfast. The wife would argue with her husband and her son while we were having tea. We would not recommend thus place to anybody

Positives: Close to the wedding we were attending in Bath.
Negatives: Heard kids running around on our floor and directly above our friends' room from 06:30 til 09:00. Where is the respect for the other guests ?
Got to kitchen at 09:05 and was told the kitchen was closed, had to practically fight with the woman to get a stale cinnamon bun.
What effort is involved in leaving some buns out for people that don't get up too early ?
We've been going to B&B's for over 40 years, in North America and Europe, and have never been treated with more disrespect than our stay at Jubilee B&B in Millhaven Ontario.
The husband was fine, but the wife needs to learn to respect the other guests, and to be a little more flexible.

Lovely place to stay. New, clean and comfortable. Reasonable price.
Very friendly and helpful owners. They have a lovely dog who is well-behaved and friendly. Nice breakfast provided.
Welcoming of children (although not baby-proofed).
There are easy trails through the woods to the river and waterfalls, a great deck, lovely large patio area, and steps down to the ferry.
We had a lovely two nights there. Definitely recommended.
