Positives: The convenience of being able to park my car at the hotel.
Negatives: The television did not work.
Comments: This is a good hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Although I liked this hotel there was nothing extraordinary about it that I would tell my friends about.

Positives: For summer stay location is OK.
Negatives: They put us in a room right above street level where the street light was brightly lite so we didn't sleep well.
Comments: In general location is OK. But as a Radisson it's not very pretty. We travel a lot and this hotel isn't so worth to stay at.
Thu 03 Feb 2011
Positives: Easy to get to and very classy.
Negatives: Bed could have been softer. Door to lobby from parking garage elevator needed a sign.
Comments: Wonderful location if you like downtown Toronto. Right next to police station. Beautiful hotel.

Positives: Receptionist was all smiles, and her senior Indian gentleman colleague very kindly printed out my MS Word file at 1AM in the night with smiles.
Negatives: Comfortable stay, taxi rank at front door is great service.
Comments: Good accommodation.
Sun 30 Jan 2011
Positives: In and out self parking for one fixed price.
Negatives: Room was on the third floor and on the street, with street cars going all night.
Comments: The front desk and manager were unwilling to change the room. The hotel wasn't anywhere near sold out. I had a noisy room. This is my worst Toronto hotel experience I've had and I've been to Toronto probably close to a hundred times.
Wed 15 Dec 2010
Positives: Very spacious room with very good location.
Negatives: Noise from wedding going on and attached businesses.
Comments: We were in Toronto for a convention and the hotel was located close to the convention centre. Hotel was unique, the room was very spacious and clean, and the location was great. The only drawback was we could hear noise from the restaurant below and on the one night from the wedding above. Pool is outdoor only. Wonderful fitness centre.

Positives: Comfortable bed and lovely room.
Negatives: Front desk was helpful but not overly friendly.
Comments: Stayed one night, very clean, room was ready and quiet would recommend this hotel.
Fri 01 Oct 2010
Positives: The rooms and restaurant. The pool area were upscale and classy.
Negatives: The food and wine quality from the restaurant were poor at best at times, and way overpriced.
Comments: The pool is great; overlooks the harbor on one side and the CNN tower on the other. The restaurant/lounge area is nice, classy and fun, but the food quality is sorely lacking in some dishes. The house red wine tasted like paint thinner and the cheesecake like chalk. Otherwise though, this hotel was great. The gift store has absolutely everything you might need like umbrellas, toiletries, snacks and even a decent selection of swim-suits in case you forget anything.
Mon 20 Sep 2010
Positives: Staff and location were perfect.
Negatives: No complaints.
Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the hotel - parking underground was safe and secure (there were 3 women on this trip so we felt comfortable). Staff were great - very helpful and friendly.
Wed 15 Sep 2010
Negatives: Needs bathroom updates and lobby carpeting.
Comments: We loved the location as we are fans and like the fact that there is so much to do nearby. We live in London Ont and are in Toronto frequently hotel needs to renovate. The bed was very comfortable.
Sun 21 Mar 2010
Negatives: No indoor pool.
Comments: Great spot to stay in Toronto, no indoor pool but if staying in the summer they had what looked like a nice outdoor pool.
Mon 08 Mar 2010
Positives: Walking distance to everything we wanted.
Negatives: Wrong information, no pool, needs renovations, not the best.
Comments: We were told that there was a heated pool, it was closed. We were told that there was a hot tub, there were none, no buffets for breakfast, in other hotels they have these, the rooms we got did not smell good one of the rooms, we had to change, of all the rooms available we were given the ones facing a next door wall with garbage and other trucks making noises around 7.30 am. We have done it before getting other hotels, but unfortunately this one was not fun, but the rest of the trip in Toronto was great.

Positives: It was good hotel for the money. We enjoyed the location.
Comments: The room was large and updated. The TV was a regular 27inch however I did not go to Toronto to watch TV. It was one of the better hotels I stayed at in Toronto for the money. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Sat 17 Jan 2009
Positives: Great dark wood look and very near all conveniences (pharmacy, copies, market, coffee).
Negatives: How shower operates is
Comments: Great location and value. Has an older look inside, with dark wood, which is nice. Love the fact that right across street, all in one block, there is a pharmacy, copy store, small market, and drycleaner. Good coffee very close by as well, and bar/restaurant that is accessible from the lobby is pleasant and not overpriced.
Sat 04 Oct 2008
Positives: Location at harbor - within site of space needle - across from street car line.
Negatives: Public hall ways on guest floors felt seedy. No info in room.
Comments: I would not stay here again - hotel felt seedy. However, the location was on the harbor. There were much nicer areas of the hotel - and much nicer rooms - we were in the older part of the hotel in a shabby room. No bell hops were evident. We arrived from an over night trip and were very worn out and a bit disoriented when we arrived. It was 3 AM on our body clock although it was early evening on local time. We needed some assistance with our luggage. There was no porter or bell hop - even a luggage cart was not offered.
Thu 11 Sep 2008
Positives: Stylish decor, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Negatives: I liked everything about this hotel.
Comments: This is the second time I stayed at this particular hotel, and it was just as good the second time as it was the first. I will probably stay there again the next time I go to Toronto.
Sun 20 Jul 2008
Positives: The hotel has excellent view.
Negatives: Room was small, breakfast was expensive and not good.
Comments: The hotel is by the lake near CN tower. It has excellent view from the roof top swimming pool. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small, carpet showed age. Bed is very comfortable. It allows you to adjust firmness. Parking is $22 which is probably reasonable considering the location. The buffet breakfast was expensive and some of the food I tried was not fresh.
Wed 07 May 2008
Positives: The room service.
Negatives: A bit on the expensive side.
Comments: Very good experience would definitely stay there again.
Wed 23 Apr 2008

Comments: I was placed on a floor under construction, and given a room in need of repair.
Mon 07 Apr 2008
Positives: Walking distance too many attractions.
Negatives: Had to walk under Gardner overpass to walk to downtown attractions.
Comments: The parking area was a bit of a trouble to find. Overall, very good experience. Many attractions were within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a mile). Walked to Chinatown, Eaton Centre, and Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Centre, and Air Canada Centre. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Fri 28 Mar 2008
Positives: The price was in my budget.
Negatives: There was an Ice Hockey team staying there.
Comments: Bathrooms require renovating.
Fri 21 Mar 2008
Positives: Great location for city transportation, i.e. bus, train, trolley.
Negatives: Hot not working, no indoor pool, hidden darkening curtains.
Comments: Room was large and comfortable. You could hear some street noise. Free internet which is a plus for me. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable about local dining. Very disappointed that hot tub was not functioning and there was no indoor pool. Darkening curtains were hidden behind the shears and I thought that there weren't any. So I did not sleep well. Hotel menu was very pricey for this star level. The hotel was very convenient to the TTC which was nice.
Fri 21 Mar 2008
Positives: Good price.
Negatives: Parking cost.
Comments: Everything was great. Will return. No problems at all.
Thu 20 Mar 2008
Positives: Location and the great value for a nice hotel.
Negatives: $21 for parking.
Comments: This is a very nice and clean hotel for your $ and location Downtown on the harbor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and there are a lot of amenities close by. Only thing I didn't like was the price of parking ($21).
