Positives: All inclusive camping!
Firewood, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, showers, laundry, site, water, and hydro all for $32 a night.
Was actually 2018.
This campground is a little piece of heaven! it's a cute cozy 18 site campground. if your looking for peace and quiet you will find it here. Ron and Evelyn are great people that do everything needed to make your stay a great time. Every morning Ron came by our site to make sure everything was ok! Which it was every day. once the fire ban was lifted Ron brought us our free firewood every morning. They also include paddle boats, canoes, paddle boats, and kayaks free of charge and also makes sure we wear our life jackets!
if you are looking for a great time check out Little Mississippi trail and campground, you will live it!
we can't wait to go back next year!
Thank you Ron & Evelyn ❤❤

Positives: Low Price, complete amenities, no nonsense and super friendly owners, beautiful site, well maintained and super clean, makes you happy just to be there.
Negatives: Couldn't really find any, maybe no beach but this is not a very swim-able river because of the low current/algae, narrow access road for bigger RV units.
Comments: Spent a couple of days here, and we were enchanted ! Avelyn and Ron are like your favorite Aunt and uncle, and they treat you as such. The campground is beautiful and beautifully kept, all the amenities you'd expect and tons of extras you wouldn't, and at the lowest price in Ontario. IF you're going to camp around Bankroft, check here first for availability, I can't imagine you finding a better hidden secret then this !

Positives: The owners are very friendly, caring, loving people. The owners are very helpful in anything you need.
They make sure their guest are happy at all times. They always take the time to ask you how you are doing.
They keep the campground spotless. They come to every single persons site to say good morning.
Fishing is awesome. They treat you like you are their family.
Comments: My family and i came to Little Mississippi campground for 2 weeks when we got there we were welcomed with a big smile and opened arms from the owners. Lovely people they are. They made us feel right at home as if we were their family that they hadn't seen in years. The owners had gone above and beyond to help my family and i out scene we had gotten stuck due to the poorness of another campground. The owners of Little Mississippi Campground are the best people in the world. We are going to miss you both so much. My family and i were so relaxed and treated so well and we had so much fun that we are for sure going back for 2 weeks next year. And the year after that and after that and so on. My family and i just want to let the owners know that we love you both and we will see you next year so look forward to my phone call.

Positives: All inclusive - no extra charge for showers, firewood, or even canoes.
Comments: Our single night booking or Sept 25, 2014 turned into 2 nights and we wished it could have been much longer at the very warm and welcoming Little Mississippi Trails campground. It was the beginning of our annual fall colour tour and we stayed at several other campgrounds in the next week or so. None of them came close to this lovely little campground. The site near the water where we watched an otter swimming, the quiet, the centuries old pine tree at the end of a trail, canoeing down the river in the evening snapping endless photos of the brilliant trees reflected in the water, watching the mists rise over the river the next morning – so lovely, so restorative. Making it all come together are Ron and Evelyne, the warm, generous and welcoming hosts. Both the hosts and the campground are gems.
