The rentals are listed as "All the comforts of home" and "all you need to bring is bed linen". Not true. We arrived with my 3 yrd old granddad and firstly, we just bought bed sheets and pillowcases, that is the meaning of bed linen, there were no pillows and no blankets, when speaking to front desk they told us that we would have to go into Grand bend and buy some, someone there loaned us some pillows but we had no blankets or duvet. The bathroom had no towels, facecloths or bathmat, we did bring our own beach towels, had to again borrow a bathmat. We paid for WIFI, tried to use it in the trailer only to be told "the WIFI isn't very good, and probably wont work in the trailer, try going outside in an open space(yeah in the rain!!) it was pretty useless. So decided to put on TV for the grandson, couldn't get any channels, only to be told there is no channels on DVD player, we have lots of DVD;s up at the office, true but about 20 years old!! Thought we would go and have fun in the 3 pools, the best pool with the slides was closed for renovations but was told it doesn't open anyway till July!! We tried the sandpit, that was closed also for renovations. Finally bedtime, quiet time was 11.00 pm yeah right try 2.30am, then if you did finally get to sleep on a 1/2 foam mattress that looked like it was the original mattress that came with the older trailer, you were woke up at 6.00 by golf carts & trucks. My son couldn't even fit in the bunk beds he had to sleep on the couch. My husbands back was almost broken when we got up in the morning from the mattress. For wht we paid per night we could have had a really nice hotel room, all bedding supplied, house keeping, towls, cable TV, free breakfast, pool, gym so guess where we will be staying next time.
Negatives: noisy, golf carts everywhere, dogs barking constantly, quiet time ignored, there are no comforts of home, very misleading.
