Positives: Lots of activities for the kids and friendly neighbours. Close to town and beach.
What a great week in Paradise Valley. The kids would spend hours at the pool or petting the animals or just running around the large camping grounds.
It was quiet at night so getting to sleep at a decent time wasn't a problem at all.

Positives: Activities for kids, swimming, etc...
Negatives: Having to leave after the weekend is over.
Comments: Love to spend time at the valley. Neighbours are very friendly and there's lots to do. Our daughter never wants to leave. She loves going to the pool, bouncing on the air-bag trampoline thing or even just the fun of rides in a golf cart.

Positives: Would be a great park for families if it was kept up better and management was different.
Negatives: Many seasonal campers have left mainly because of management. Fishing area and paddle boat docks are always surrounded by piles of animal feces that should be cleaned up on a regular basis by the staff. Makes for a very unpleasant fishing experience. Paddle boats are filthy. Should be power washed by staff. Mini golf is not maintained and needs sprucing up and painted. Broken down and pathetic looking old hot tub. They could spring for a new one. Have heard others complain that public washrooms are filthy. Rude and confrontational management and store staff. Try before you buy people!
Comments: This park has the potential to be a great one. Management is the problem. No matter what you do, you are repeatedly being talked down to and treated badly. We had a seasonal trailer. We are very responsible, considerate people. We never had a problem with any of our fellow neighbour campers. We found that we were constantly being berated for sitting around our camp fires past midnight and talking. No music, no screaming...just talking with the occasional sound of laughter. Imagine being an adult and being told when to go to bed. They shine a high powered flash light in your face and are very confrontational about the whole thing. I can understand if someone is drunk and obnoxious, however this was never the case. Just enjoying the weekends, the camp fire and a nice summer evening after the kids are in bed. (Talking at campfires could not be heard from inside the trailer) Just too much drama. Kids constantly being yelled at and guests being treated with hostility from the store staff. Again, we are not big party people and are very responsible and good people. But people are there for vacation and to kick back and enjoy themselves...not to be yelled at. Also, park is not kept up. Management's priorities are not where they should be. Things are very dirty and run down.

Positives: Close to the beach. Boat lauch near by. Heated pool. Water slide. Close to forest if you need something from grocery or hardware.
Negatives: To much policing. High stress, and you just stay on your toes. Your aloud to stay up if you like, but no music from your guitar or stereo passed 11pm. But there will be days they will just tell you no more wood on you fire and go to bed. I am a night person and so are my neighbors. You just get talking and relax. This is the place for this. You cant go to a bar until 3am and then drive home, or a friends house and drink and drive. Here, you can walk just a few trailers away or a golf cart.
Comments: I was a seasonal that was evicted. I would get with my neighbors or have a guest and sometimes things got loud. Not a regular occurance. I can't judge all people when they have had to much to drink. I had an incident with one of my guest and that was handled accordinly. Then I had a bad day myself and this is how I was evicted. I had talked to all my neighbors myself and appoligised for any disturbance that I may have cause. But this is not enough. So I was evicted. Most of my neighbors didnt hear anything to my suprise, which I was thankful. I love the park, my neighbors. I just dont like how the policing of the park is done. If you are thinking of being a seasonal. I would check with the other seasonals about the management before you do. If your quiet and go to bed early and dont drink. This is the best place for you
