Positives: Great inexpensive location. Quite family friendly place. Owners very nice people. Nice view of the lake. Family beside us said kids caught lost of fish around park.
Negatives: Play ground dated but good enough for our purposes.
Comments: We had a wonderful overnight stay. Found the place on Google maps and called last minute. Arrived after 9pm and got excellent customer service. Taken directly to RV site without deposit or signatures required. Took a bike ride after breakfast with our 5 year old and discovered the waterfront.

Positives: You feel better when you leave
Negatives: Staff - they are really crazy people.
Internet: Very, very bad!!!
Location: Not bad.
Staff: Crazy people, damages tents during grass mowing
Cleanliness: Smelly bathrooms, shower that you do not want to go in.
Sites: Small and they will tell where you can put your tent because it is soooooo crowded. Open and smelly 6" hole from the ground waist tank.
Fishing: We found parasites in all fish we caught
Overall: Do not go there unless you are enemy to yourself!

Positives: A good friendly staff. There are few strict retrictions. The restrictions lean towards ensuring good family enjoyment.I endorse them fully.
Comments: I am a seasonal camper. I have been there since 1989. It is good location, friendly people and reasonbly piced. It has good water access. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to purchase a reasonably priced summer getaway.

Cleanliness and upkeep of showers
Comments: Looks great for seasonal campers, but terrible for overnight campers. In order to get to the overnight sites you have to drive through a dump which smells really bad and an old garage with spare car parts everywhere. Also the overnight sites are not behind the security gate as listed on the website, which worried my friends that were there with kids. Most of the sites are very small and too close together, we were one of the lucky people to get a larger site. All of the sites are located right beside the main road that leads to Casino Rama so there was loud traffic all night. None of the sites had shade. The bathrooms where okay, but the showers were really run down. In the rules and regulations booklet they give you when you check in it stated nothing about setting off fireworks and when we did they threatened to kick us out. We stopped with the fireworks on their property once we were told about it but they kept coming back to check on us for the rest of the evening which was very annoying.
