Positives: - lots of trees/rocks so it feels like you are camping even though its a trailer park
- the owners of the trailers are very friendly
Negatives: - staff/management are rude and could care less about customer service
- the sites are extremely small if you have a trailer
- the road is narrow and hard to manoeuvre if you have a sizable trailer
- many of the buildings look dated and run down
The management at this park do not know what customer service is. Before even checking in, they had yelled at us because we had 3 vehicles. As we were a group of 6, we would have been in 2 vehicles regardless, but due to a last min incident, we had to take 3.We didn't see what the big deal was, we agreed to only have 2 on the site and the third in overflow parking. That's when we found out, we could only have 1 on the site (cause it wasn't big enough to have 2). That was just the beginning of the issues we had with this place.
We had booked for a pull through site. The site we got was anything but a pull through. Our 28' trailer barely fit on the site, and that was only after carefully maneuvering it into place.
We walked past the management several times throughout the weekend, but not once felt welcomed. The owners of the trailers around us were very pleasant, its a shame management wasn't.
When leaving, we had to go around the entire park just to get out. This would not have been an issue, if there was room to do so. The "road" is very narrow and has hills and turns that a truck and 28' trailer should not be attempting.

Positives: Only thing nice was the beach.
Negatives: Mould along kitchen counter, holes in screens, freezer of fridge so full of ice we could not put all our meat in it had to buy bags of ice every day to keep our meat. No recepitable cover, stove filty dirty, utensils had rust on them, mould along bottom of shower, light fixture in washroom full of bugs never has been cleaned, large dead June bugs in between screen and glass on front door, bedroom doors have no handles on inside.
It was the worst experience i have ever encountered. My husband and I brought our 2 young grandsons with us, which we thought would be a great holiday, but it turned into a disaster. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!!!
Many of my issues against this property do not pass building code.

Negatives: too many to list, total dump
Comments: Worst experience ever. The cabins were very dirty, ceiling tiles missing, limited water, grass not cut, broken fridge, clogged drain.

My family along with my brothers family returned to this campsite after many years. We had a blast despite the weather (and 1 obnoxious neighbour). Our site (double) was large enough for both families to camp (2 - 10m tents, dining tent and 2 vehicles). Our first night was somewhat an experience as we were terrorized by the many raccoons (that weren't an issue 12 years ago) but we soon caught on and once the food was put in the vehicles each night, we were able just to admire the little cuties as the wondered around the campsite everynight. The site was clean, the staff friendly, and reasonable priced. We look forward to this year's visit as we understand that tenting will soon be a thing of the past in this great park.
