Positives: our visit during the week Sunday night to Friday was quiet as most of the loud people were gone
Negatives: See above in General
we found ladies in office very unfriendly after they had our money. almost like it was bothering them to speak with us and answer questions.
Comments: Saturday nites are loud. Music at pavilion until well after midnight( rules state quiet time 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.-people walking about with drinks and beer(which when empty gets left on the lawns)Dogs running all over the park without a leash, owners not cleaning up after their dogs.several cars parked at sites (only 1 per unit ) hours reserved for adult swim disregarded by children-owners don't check up on this. short office hours --some times locked up during the day

Comments: I have been at this park for 5 years, the owners are great , it's quiet, and fun, lots to do or not if you don't want to ... can't say that I ever had a problem there, and if someone wants a true experience of fun for a family would recommend rockcliffe hands down... the best park I have been in

Positives: I am glad they have extended the horseshoe pits, much better. Also, the fry truck has been a great addition.
Negatives: Nothing for pre-teens to do, need activites or things they can do or help out with around the park.
Comments: We recently moved into the park just last year. My family is not relatives nor were we friends with the owner but once we started going there that changed. We got to know the owner and a lot of the residents and now we are happy to call this our summer vacation home. The park is always kept well maintained as is the fresh water pool, the employee's and the owner are very helpful and friendly, the resisdents are also very helpful and friendly. There are activities every weekend, our daughter loves the wagon ride on Saturday nights through the park, everyone likes the weekend the park has Halloween, Christmas in June, and garage sales on long weekends, live bands, park BBQ, and much more. The fees for overnight or for a season are very reasonable considering they include your hydro, water, and septic. Don't take one person's word for it, try it yourself; you won't regret it.

BEWARE: Owners are shady
We moved our family trailer to this park this summer and have had nothing but problems with the owners. They are unfair to their tenants and we even had our property damaged by the park owners.
Unless you are related to the owners or are their 'friends' don't even consider this park. They WILL screw you over every chance they get.

Positives: Clean pool - salt water!
Functions every weekend
Great horse shoe pits
Negatives: I wish there was a better body of water near by. The lake across the street is just o.k. Nothing wrong with it, but not a big one
I have been a tenant since May of 2009. Love the park and the people.
I have found the owners of the park, who I do not know nor are related to be extremely helpful, professional and fair

Comments: We have been tenants at this park for 3 years and have never experience any problems. we are not family or friends of the onwers, the only complaint we have is that they have stopped the 5050 draws and bingo. But that is because of the government and not the owners, they are appling for a gambling licence.
