Positives: It is very clean and the lawns and grounds are spotless and well groomed. The rules are strictly enforced which is fine with us. The campsites are very roomy and the owners are very, very friendly.

Negatives: No WiFi - I think having WiFi available might draw some of the younger families.
They need a playground suitable for toddlers. The playground there is awesome if your child is older than 5 years of age but not at all suitable for the little ones.

Comments: It was the hottest week of the year but there are many shade trees and the with the water nearby, we were able to stay cool. Very convenient location and we loved this spot.
