Bear Falls Wilderness Camping is a campground / RV park located in Greenfield. Welcome to Bear Falls Wilderness Camping, an eco-friendly campground owned and operated locally by the Shannon family. We are located on Canada's East coast near the picturesque town of Greenfield, Queens County, Nova Scotia. Our campground is incredibly beautiful, combining both pristine wilderness with easy accessibility. Covering 200 plus acres and over 2.9 kms of remote Medway River frontage, you?l experience nature at its finest here. This campground is the result of many years of dreaming, planning, hard work and considerable good fortune. Our intention is simply to provide a place where you and your loved ones can enjoy the boundless beauty of nature, and forget the busy details of your lives.

Bear Falls Wilderness offers three distinctly different types of campsites, each with a particular type of camper in mind. Many of the sites are located directly on the river, and all are positioned far apart. You really must experience being here to appreciate the incredible beauty of these campsites and the entire area. Campsites Available Year Round.

Bear Falls Sites (30): Easy access sites located directly on the river. Incredible views. Great for those who love tenting but don't want to exhaust themselves getting there.
Buggy Hole Falls Sites (24, available soon): Remote walk-in sites located directly on the river. Just a short hike but well worth the effort. Perfect for fisherman, kayakers, hikers and all nature lovers.
Old Mill Sites (50, available soon): Easy access sites located in the forest near where the Old Mill once stood. Very private. Excellent for family get-aways.
Bunk Houses (5, available soon): Located in Buggy Hole Falls area, Primitive, rustic cabins. Outfitted with pots, plates, cutlery. Very remote and isolated. Perfect for those who love camping but like a solid roof overhead!
