Positives: Its location is fairly close to town and to surrounding vineyards. The beach has nice sand and a good view albeit small and across a busy road. For an extra fee, the fridge in the cabana sites is useful.
Negatives: Small sites. No privacy. Unfriendly staff. Over-priced. Dirty bathrooms. Extra fees.
Comments: This campground is essentially the owner's front lawn with a large number of campsites packed in tightly together. Each site is very small with absolutely no privacy or trees. By the time all the extra fees are added you have a very expensive stay at depressing campground. The owners are quick to label any group not travelling with small children as "party-ers" and as such will monitor the group closely and remind them of the many frivolous camp rules. By far this has been the worst camping experience any of us have had.
